What to expect from Fleet and Commercial Insurance Brokers Claims Department

We appreciate that a claim can be a worrying time for you and so we will work hard to make the process as straight forward and hassle-free as we can.

Our team of dedicated and highly experienced claims handlers are on hand to assist you throughout the process. When required, the Claims Handler will liaise between yourself and the Insurer to ensure the claim runs smoothly.

In the event of a Motor Claims your Insurers will provide the following:

  • Recovery from the scene/one location, if required
  • Approved Repairer
  • Courtesy vehicle for duration of repairs, subject to availability

In the event of a confirmed non-fault claim, a like for-like hire along with repair services can be provided by an affiliated company.

In the event of a Non-Motor Claim your Insurers will provide the following:

  • A Loss adjuster to attend on-site where required.
  • Negotiate with claimants and third parties and their representatives.
  • Deal with all claimant and third party correspondence and court papers should they be issued.

The Claims Handler on your behalf will:

  • Be in close contact with Insurers and/or their representatives, to ensure your claim is dealt with efficiently.
  • Proactively keep you informed of progress and explain policy wording and implications, so you completely understand.
